North America, Vacation IdeasWhenever we’re in Washington, DC, we make it a point to visit an historical site. Recently we toured the historic Ford’s Theatre. The site of the assassination of U.S. President Abraham Lincoln on April 14, 1865. The Ford’s Theatre Museum, traces President Lincoln from his arrival to Washington until his death. The museum also contains rare artifacts related to his assassination.
